Returns Policy

We accept returns on items that have arrived damaged in transit or cut to the incorrect size ordered.

All of our CNC work are cut to orders placed, please check information carefully beofre placing any orders.


REFUNDS

Depending on the nature of the refund, we will require evidence of the damage or mistake made before accepting and processing your refund.

The refund will be returned to the original payment method (via PayPal) you used during the purchase.

For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.


All screens should be checked upon arrival. If any of the packaging appears to be damaged or not intact, the goods must be signed for and then marked with the courier as “damaged”.

If someone is signing for the goods on your behalf, please ensure that they are also aware and understands that these conditions apply.

We need to be informed of any damage within 3 days of delivery.  Failure to comply with any of the above will result in a void refund claim.
